1️⃣ You don’t need to book for sessions, just turn up.

 

2️⃣ You can download the class calendars/plans here: www.gracietameside.co.uk/members

 

3️⃣ If you didn't already have Gracie University Online account, we will be setting one up soon and you'll receive an email when it’s done. If you did have one, please select our club  under 'Training Location' in Profile.

 

4️⃣ You will need to purchase a WHITE BJJ Gi. If you would like to purchase a starter pack, you can do so here: www.gracietameside.co.uk/shop

 

If you signed up with a discount off our starter packs, Alex will text you your discount code.

 

5️⃣ On your next class we will make a progress tracking card for you.
