Coronavirus Updates

I am, and will remain, committed to providing the highest level of jiu-jitsu instruction in a

healthy and safe environment.

As a result I am monitoring the situation and the guidelines from the government and Public Health England diligently and will take action accordingly. Following current advice, I will continue to open the centre as usual for now unless official guidance changes. For now (as it always has been), I will double down on keeping the facility disinfected and members should make sure they are following excellent hygiene practices before and after class (showering, washing gi etc).

Do not come to class if you feel even slightly unwell. See image below for more info:

If government guidelines change, the Gracie University and I have a damn good plan for if the centre were to have to close for a short period.

The plan means that all students will be able to keep progressing as normal while getting a huge amount of support from myself and James plus Ryron and Rener Gracie. Of course, part of this plan also means no members will be left out of pocket while also making sure the centre actually survives any closure forced on us. If the time comes, I will share this information with you.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask ( I will be sending out regular updates to keep you informed of everything.

See everyone next week!
