1️⃣ You don’t need to book for the next two weeks, just turn up.

 

2️⃣ You can download the class calendars/plans here: www.gracietameside.co.uk/members

 

3️⃣ Once you become an active member, you will get full access to Gracie University Online - until then you can create an account and view some of the lessons for free at www.gracieuniversity.com 

 

4️⃣ We will have a Gi ready for you next time you are at the training centre.

5️⃣ On your next class we will make a progress tracking card for you.
